It depends, but plan on starting price of paint and labor being $4.25 per square foot of floorspace.

Example: Cost of premium paint, prep work (covering, patching nail holes, sanding, caulking), and painting (ceiling, walls, and trim) a 150 square foot (10x15) room would cost around $637.50 (150 x $4.25 = $637.50).
